My work covers two major aspects of my life.
Firstly, the Industrial background of over 50 years in Shipping & Transport, as both a Chartered Shipbroker and as a Transport Consultant, working mainly in the Steel & Petrochemical Industries throughout the UK.
Secondly, As a child growing up on the edge of the Cleveland Hills and the seaside between the Tees and Whitby and in more recent years as a resident of a small village in rural North Yorkshire handy for the Moors and the adjacent Yorkshire Dales.......away from both the sea and industry!
